It was inevitable that the two girls should become friends. Troublemakers, sassy, smart and very cunning. They were the perfect team, the devious duo as they would be dubbed. Odessa grew, looking more and more like her beautiful mother. Her gaze was of her fathers, ambitious, determined. Odessa’s paws were light against the ground. As soon as flesh met the earth it was up once more, and the femora was creating an intricate dance along the earth. Odessa moves through the land, her attention never just on one thing at a time. It is the stones that cause her to stop. The large things loom over her, making her feel small and inadequate. Odessa stares at them, her head tilting slightly. Whispers seem to enter her ears and she shivers slightly. Still, the girl moves forward.
Her paws meet stone as she moves at a slower pace, peering around at the shadows in angst. She does not fear what she cannot see. This was a place only the brave go, which is why Odessa had asked Lokii to meet her here. Judging by the emptiness, Lokii had yet to come and so Odessa remained here alone for the time being. The maned girl moves, fining a quiet place near the base of a stone to sit. Her gaze flicks around as she waits for her friend. The whispers seem to grow louder and Odessa smirks, lifting her head and relaxing her shoulders. She sits, curling her tail around her slim legs in defiance. She wouldn’t be the one to run off scared by all of this. It would be Lokii first or neither.
The princess gritted her teeth, her patience wearing thin as the wait seemed to grow longer and longer. It was actually only about a few minutes but when you are extremely tense and attempting to keep your cool, well, it could take awhile. Her cool blues look around herself, searching for any sign of her troublemaking partner. Soon, if she didn’t arrive, Odessa would leave and come with a brave story as of why she left.
