Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

 Desires are possibly the world's most evil inventions. They are planted as seeds inside of us at a young age... and with time, good or bad, they grow. Until they are fulfilled, desires cannot be weeded out. They are cruel and rugged, but they are resilient. Perhaps we can learn from desires. But what is there to learn except how to kill them off by giving into them? What a twisted way this world works... by giving in to one thing, you are able to conquer it. Why was he here? The maned wolf knew not the answer to that question, then again, he wasn't really a problem solver, or much of a thinker, so it, frankly, did not matter to him. Speaking of the location, here seemed to be quite far away from there and that was always a good thing to acknowledge. He didn't want to be back there. With the cold wind and unbearable sunlight, here wasn't much better in actuality. There wasn't any snow though... and perhaps that's why it made the kalak feel at ease with the location. To his left, Reno looked over the cliffside, hazel portals flickering with some kind of emotion, unknown to both him and the rest of the world. That wouldn't be a pretty sight if he fell... if anyone at all fell. What a mess that would make. And who would be there to clean it up? No one except the crows and scavengers that lurk in Hell's darkest corners, that's who. The ginger exhaled loudly and turned back to his original path. Where the fuck was he going? NOWHERE. Reno flinched despite himself. He knew it was just a memory. He knew that it no longer mattered. But the response to his question still stung like a poisoned fang and a rusted blade. He bit his tongue almost tripping over a rock and the boy leaned to the side and spat blood over into the oblivion that lay below. Shit. Now he wouldn't be able to eat right for another week or two... Just great. Not long after inflicting damage upon himself, the soldier came upon a strange sight. Someone else had also taken a vacation to the cliffs. But what the hell was he doing? He was on the very edge of the rocky precipice, looking down as if his lover were right there, begging him to fufill them. The teen slowly and quietly moved so that he was far enough away from the other testosterone being, but close enough to hear what he was saying to himself. Whispers they may be, but gales are bastards and ears pick up on things that are often not meant for them to hear. Just jump. And then it's over Lime. Just jump. His dial moved, staring down even more so. Something crazy going through that kids head? Reno made no move to stop whatever the hell he was going to do. Coincidences never happen. It's all up to fate. The boy was in charge of his own life, and Reno was going to play no part in keeping someone alive. That was too much of a trouble for the maned adolescent. Just jump. But he didn't have the balls to do it. He didn't have the guts to fling himself over the edge and get it over with. The lad let out a heavy sigh and plopped down where he had just recently been sitting, his pillars dangling over the rocks. He was teasing himself. The fuck are you doin', brother? Reno spoke before he even knew that he was speaking. The fuck was HE doin?! Immediately he regretted his words. Brother-- don't think you're too special stranger. Every male to Reno is a brother, every female is a sister. Just something he picked up. But he looked at the black and white boy freely, strange eyes searching over the markings. Well, not that Reno could be picky about them. He himself had some pretty strange looking things on him. Needless to say, the brujo listened for the other male's reply. |
