You'll be alright

Malina had given birth, Brooke would be the next one to go into labour soon enough, possibly even today. Of all days, he had gone out. Left the girls alone with each other. He'd intended to hunt for them today, he'd gone out into the crater and found himself a few bunnies, three to be exact. He had hoped to give one to Malina and one to Brooke and then the third to the healer Meryl. What he hadn't expected to do was find the faint smell of Chernobyl on the fringe of the pack called Iromar. He'd known that the two packs were in a small truce. One that was balanced on a thin line, ready to tip one way or the other just as quickly as if someone were to trip over a wire. His nose had instantly turned his body towards the scent, he is after all a curious being even in the line of profession that he was in. He had to be cautious as well, and so he slinks along, knowing full well that he has passed the boarder in leaps and bounds.

Blood drips down from his lips and mingles with the black hair of his coat. Lucky for him he could pass himself off as one of the demons that filled this landscape up. Yet he knows that they would probably not fall for such a rouse if he needed to use it. He was quiet though, even in the sticky mud of this swamp like place, his paws are small but still male sized, they are like feathers skirting across the landscape with minimal to no sound at all in area's. He keeps to himself, following the scent as best he could, making sure to skirt around large groups of wolves as well as the few that stand alone. The rabbits dangle from his mouth, each ear tucked within those sharp teeth easily, as he gets closer and closer to what he assumes to be the den sites he can smell her more. It's not something he could easily forget. Their union had been one that was... to say the least very interesting. He didn't expect to find a pregnant Chernobyl when he did find her den though, nor did he expect to find her with three pups all suckling her chest. Nor the other white female that stood in the way of the door.

"Cher?" he says quietly through clenched teeth trying to see around the female, the stench of blood reminded him of one of the other females that had been ripped open by her pups. He was worried, paws dancing from side to side, what to do, what to do? And then it clicks, he remembers his old teacher telling him about a plant that helped with pain, for he'd only heard the last bit about bleeding and no idea what to do for pain. Pain, he could help with that. He put the rabbits on the ground next to him "I can help with the pain, can you watch these for me? can you rip one up for Chernobyl while you wait?" he figured he might as well give one to Cher and then he could find another for Meryl once he got back to Diveen. He raced away without even so much as a pause for a reply from the white female. When he returned he held in his mouth a few leaves from what he recalled as the Skullcap and another called Yucca. "I couldn't find any Licorice here, but I passed some Skullcap and Yucca on the way in, my teacher told me about them, they help with pain and swelling, she'll need to eat them and they taste like crap so mix it in with the meat."

He hoped the female would understand that he was only here to help, even if he smelled of Diveen and she might have a problem with that... he didn't know how the rest of the pack felt about the angels and their lot. He wanted to see how many puppies they had, but he wanted to make sure that Cher was alright and would be able to live and feed the pups, if not he doubted that Brooke would be able to take on more pups. She already had Malina's and then their own to come soon. How had he fathered all these pups? it was a mystery indeed.
