The male manages to make it to the tree, my jaws snapping on air when I tried to take him down but at least I still have something to look forward to. I rush at him, ready to charge him right into the tree at his back. I feel the weight of impact as he turns sideways, his ribs crushing up against the tree. He tries to bite at me, his teeth grazing against the scruff of my neck. I snarl and bite at his face, using the force of my weight to hold him in place while I attack the assaulting limb, in this case, his face. Meanwhile he finds the time to insult Natalya again, my eyes seeing red as he calls her whore once more. I bite at the side of his neck, trying to dig in deep through the thick scruff and skin, latching on tight and shakin gmy head side to side, trying to rip and tear the skin. Meanwhile I feel his teeth connect with my cheek, biting down and I lean into it so the damage is less, resisting the urge to pull away as most might. Even so, it hurts like hell. Natalya is somewhere around his flanks, trying to bite down on something, though I'm not sure what. I just know she has a plan in mind. She never attacks without a reason.

When he suddenly clamps his mouth shut in pain, I glance away, eyes gleaming with humor. His tail. Suddenly he's being pulled from between me and the tree, pulled backwards by her clamp on his tail. He digs his claws into the ground and kicks out. I snarl again, going after him, trying to bite down on the top of his neck and shake him like a rag doll. Suddenly he throws his shoulder at the tree, pushing me a bit as he turns to face Natalya. Hell fucking no. I move quick, launching to place myself between them, snapping at his face once more as I drive him back away from her. He's not getting her unless he gets through me. Even with blood running down my cheek and scruff, I'm nowhere near done with him. He was going to barrel into her but instead he rams into my chest, pushing me back as it knocks the wind out of me. I stumble back a little, snapping at him some more in my frustration. He's trying to get to Natalya but I won't allow it. I notice his eyes straying, perhaps looking for an escape and I smirk between snaps.
