I don't want to wake up. I want to sleep. My body is telling me to sleep and I want to listen. It doesn't help that I am gaining my father's night owl instincts. It is hard for me to go to sleep early. I want to stay up and wander Diveen. I want to stare at the stars and romp in the river. I don't want to get up and I don't want anyone telling me otherwise. I sleep how I naturally sleep. I have no internal clock to wake me up. I feel good sleeping right now, my growing body sprawled out in the den. I look strangely elegant in my sleeping pose.

Sadly, life is a cruel thing. Not only is the world filled with thorns and stickers, but I feel my body being tugged out of the marvelous state of sleep. I feel a nudge on my body, and slowly my ice blue eyes open to view the world once again. Ugh. My chocolate ears twitch as I then hear the Latin words of Achilles. His voice is so colorful when he speaks Latin, and I find it easy to understand his language after living around him and his family. The colors help me too, I can connect the sounds and colors of everything together and it all makes sense. I, however, do not reply with words. I blink a few times, my cinnamon tail starting to wag behind me. I lift my cream colored muzzle up as I turn to my belly, and attempt to lick Achille's muzzle affectionately. Who needs words, when I have action?

Soon after Baylee comes into my den, and my eyes dart over to her too. She is so much bigger than me and Achilles. She licked me upon the forehead, right upon my chocolate brown smudge. I blink again as she speaks, about hunting and stuff. I yawn, my creamy muzzle opening wide showing my glimmering white teeth. Well, I guess I have no choice. My body still aches and demands that I sleep, but I fight against it. I stretch out my growing limbs, my tail flickering out as my body begins to wake up.

I watch as they leave the den, and I follow behind. My red body comes out of the darkness and into the sun. I shimmer slightly, closing my eyes slightly before I push myself forward. I push myself between Baylee and Achilles, first licking Baylee's chin before my ice blue eyes dash over to Achilles. My tail wags gently behind me as I gaze at him, rubbing against him happily. I suppose I am ready to do whatever it is they are wanting me to do. I stand ready on my creamy paws, but I do allow my sweet and light voice to ring into the air.

"Venatio (hunting), is what we are doing, imo (yes)?"

I must admit, that I often mix in the words of Latin and English together. I find it very difficult to tell the two languages apart. My mind tends to mix them all together. I pick up on the Latin spoken around the pack, and the English, and it is all the same. Just a way to communicate with words, though honestly it is so confusing sometimes that I just avoid using words all together. I try though, just like I am trying now. It seems to make everyone else happy.
