Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Branches cracked to his left. He raised his crown slightly in response, his tail flapping against the group. As the sounds neared his location, the varg became more certain that their creator was heading in his direction, perhaps even to come visit with him. With this happy little bit of knowledge, Seoras rose from his horizontal position to take on one more fit for greeting; a stand. His tail was held at a neutral half-mast, his eyes displaying badly controlled excitement. The creaking became much more prominent and the sound of paws padding on a bed of dead leaves was made discernable. Due to the direction of the wind, the identity of the lobo could not be determined but he knew they would be nice! The traveller broke the tree barrier to reveal herself as none other than Blaze. His heart leapt as he laid his eyes upon her beautiful glowing coat. His optics travelled to meet hers but in them was a deep sadness. The doors into her soul were clouded with what he thought to be pain and fear. Despite her somewhat apparent sadness, the female put forth a brilliantly positive aura to greet him. Her long legs gracefully took her to his side. At this point, his smile was so wide that it came all too close to swallowing his face. Seoras hadn’t realized how much he had missed his friend. Now, seeing her again, his heart did the same flip flop as it had done in the stream all that time ago. More experienced wolves would have identified the feeling as the beginning of an attraction but to Seoras, it was simply baffling. The varg quickly forgot his pain as he turned to greet his friend. ”Blaze! It is wonderful to see you! It’s been so long. I’m sorry. You see, I was sitting in a cave. And I felt really mad. And I don’t know why. It was so sad. How have you been? Why do you eyes look funny? Like they’re sad. Why do they look like that Blaze? Are you okay? It’s good to see—“ His speech cut off as he realized he was repeating himself.

Somewhat embarrassed and at a loss for what he should say next, the silence ended when his bunny friend came prancing in. Woo hoo! Seoras’ eyes lit up upon seeing his dear amigo Venga. It had been many moons since he had last set eyes on one of his oldest friends. He flashed back to their first encounter at the pack meeting. The femme’s greeting made him very very happy. Her crown dipped down to meet his shoulder, an affectionate gesture. Venga turned her face towards Blaze to grace her with a smile then proceeded to lie down. Seeing this as his opportunity to let out more words, Seoras opened his maw. ”Venga! Yes, I’ve been in a cave you see! I missed everyone though. Hi! How have you been? Blaze is here too! Isn’t that great? It’s good to see you! What are you doing today? Did you see Whinniefred on your way here? I think she’s mad at me!” The fact that Venga probably knew nothing of Whinnie, his bunny friend, didn’t even cross his mind. He eagerly awaited her response.
