raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
She seats herself on the ground near the others and watches the way Mortz with the other pup, this pups name was Rio, from what she could contain in Mortz wording, "Yes, it seems very much so, is this the young lady you met when you snuck out?" she asks raising a silken eye brow for a moment as she looked down at Mortz, his silly posture and goofy expression caused a smile to twerk the corners of her mouth "yes miss Everchime, I'm sorry I snuck out..." he gave her those cute puppy dog eyes and she could almost never be mad at such adorable big eyes. much of Mortz body was larger than it should be at this age. Being roughly two years old, she had never been sure of his actual age but she had guessed as much. "It's alright Mortz, just remember next time let me know if your going to go any where" he nodded his head solemly and turned back to Rio and Silver.
"Oh yes, yes I could do that! Oh Rio it's great that your staying. I've got a spot over by the wate-" a look from Everchime stopped him dead in his sentance "no Mortz, your not going by the water without an adult" "Oh yes, we'll have many more games! I do love games." Ever was still petrified of the pups going to close to the water, after loosing Aerith to the swirling blue liquid, after watching Weylin get swollowed up by that creature, she didn't trust it in the least. It would be some time before she trusted it, but she doubted she would ever fully trust the waters again. She watches as the two skoot off to find whatever it was they could chase down, her attention turning to Silver again "Absolutely your Highness," she said with a nod of her head, she wouldn't allow what had happened to Aerith happen to young Riopat.
She looked between Silver's tired son and his mate, back to him and then out to where the two pups had gone off "I suppose so, he will be a big boy when he's full grown, and she wants to. But I must warn you, he has had a very rough upbringing. His birth mother and siblings were killed by a she-bear, and his adoptive father was taken by a most monsterous sea creature..." she didn't want Mortz mind to be... not nessessarily corrupted, but swayed to a different angle... it was hard to understand, but she cared for all the children under her metaphorical wings.
"talks like this"
