Saturday August 17th the 40th anniversary H F 25k run will take place starting on Route 225 in Stanchel , Pre Registeration will take place on Friday evening aug 16th from 6 - 8 upstairs at the Fit Plex at Community Gardens Arena . I would like as many as possible to register that evening if not you can still register on Saturday at the start from 7:30 AM untill 8: 20 race starts at 8:30 am , we do have 40th anniversary shirts , the cost is $20 to register following the run on Sat there will be Showers available at the Fit plex , Lots of nice prizes and food at the awards presentations , anyone who is not running and would like to volunteer please do so.
