abaddon. she had asked who he was, and he had obliged. but before he did, he had moved closer, watching her intently as he did. the expression in his dark gaze had ren almost catching her breath in her throat, but she calmed her mind and focused back on him. his grin just prior to then had brought the tug of a smile to her own lips. it was not often that she smiled, but for whatever reason this wolf, this abaddon made her want to smile, simply to return his own. ren was not a sensitive nor shy wolf. she was blunt and she was honest. it was just not that often that she actually interacted with others. she kept herself very limited, as it was something she enjoyed. but now, with abaddon, she did not feel that same desire to be away.
his voice is raw when he speaks, and it is something ren is finding herself enjoying more and more of. he had spoken little to her, his name being one of the few things offered. he did not inquire of her own name, or who she was- but she spoke in turn accordingly. "pleasure to meet you, abaddon." when his name slipped past her lips, it was warm and easy, as if she had known it her entire life. she rather liked the way it sounded to her ears, smiling to herself in her pleasure as she paused and tilted her jaw ever so slightly to the left. "i'm ren." she had given him more than he had given her, but she was content in that. wanting to get a better look of him in the dim lit cave, she decided to push up from the ground. once she was in a comfortable sitting position, her citrine gaze found his own deep midnight blue, and she momentarily found herself unable to look away. in the light that the waterfall barely let through, the dark males eyes shone almost pitch black. they even looked as though they had no pupil, and it was somethin ren found herself wanting to get a closer look at. with ever her personality shining through, the smaller, lithe girl was making her way up on all paws to close the distance between them. her keen interest and curiosity was apparent in her gaze as she watched him, a thought wondering vaguely at the back of her mind if he would mind her closeness or not. either way, she did not intend to draw away any time soon. she didn't want to, and hoped silently to herself that he didn't either. she busied herself with observing him, taking in every little detail of his facial structure, and of what dark fur she could. his eyes were still dark, but now they appeared as the sea in a storm. dark, full of electricity and something ren did not exactly know by experience. she wanted to know what this was, just who he was exactly, even though he had told her. she watched him still, silent since giving away her own name, wondering what he might have to say to her- if anything at all. just brace yourself- just run for your life i ' m g o i n g t o t a k e y o u a w a y* |
