See law change , that appears to affect Pension Board
For your information :
October 1, 2013 a change in Florida Law , appears to mandate that the Public has a right to speak on any action to be voted on, prior to the Governmental Entity's vote.
In my opinion this will change the City of Tampa Fire & Police Pension Board of Trustee's mode of operation, I hope our Trustee's are aware of this change.

Chapter 2013-227, Laws of Florida, (now codified as Section 286.0114, Florida Statutes), as consistent with and support for its interpretation. The law, which takes effect October 1, 2013, specifically provides that the public be allowed a reasonable opportunity to be heard on a proposition before a board .
