Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

After she had told him her tale, the brute moved to her side and spoke. Well, Kahlan, it appears we have similar pasts. But perhaps… perhaps we should let it go. Our lives can be much happier. His vocals faded and withered into silence and Kahlan gave him a tight lipped smile. “I suppose you are right, Anduin. My life tends to be happy… and I enjoy and am usually much more upbeat than this. I’m sorry… it’s just the thought of all of them dead…” She shook her head and looked away. Bringing up the topic of death and destruction was not usually the subject had with strangers. Especially one that she MAY be developing feelings for. At the very least finding very handsome.

She brought up a single paw and rubbed at her eyes, wiping away the tears that had formed, their salty liquid burning at her orbs. Turning back to the grey brute, she smiled, this one more sincere. “Shall… shall we continue up the cliff?” Without waiting for a response, the timberess started her way up the steep slope, her pads picking the way carefully. She kept her daggers out to grasp all of the cracks that were made in the bouldered wall.

They made quick work of the trip and Kahlan felt better after the work out, though she suddenly felt self-conscious due to the layer of sweat upon her pelt. The fae moved a slight bit away from the brute and shook out, allowing gusts of wind to sweep in between her hairs, cooling out her body almost immediately. Afterward, she turned her bright yellow gaze upon the brute briefly before looking out over the ledge. And there, in front of her was a rainbow. “Oh, wow!” A toothy grin fell upon her kissers, and then shifted her gaze around the surroundings. From the ledge, almost all of Blossom Forest was visible. She had been to the top of Rainbow Cliff before, but now was different. There were only a few clouds, but those were far off, the remnants of the storm that must have occurred in order to yield a rainbow. “You were right… it is beautiful up here.
