Misty Mountain is opposite of Rainbow Cliff. Mists hover year-round at this high altitude, mistaken by some to be thin clouds. Thin layers of snow cover the mountain, making some areas slippery and hazardous.

Some think it romantic, a place to bring their mates, while others come to play and romp. However, all must agree that there is some level of mystery and spookiness hovering about with the mists...

Matoaka’s own head dipped as he dipped his own, being respectful herself. She may be older, but no one has gotten very far forcing authority only due to age. As far as she was concerned, here, they were equals. Eyes focused as he spoke, unable to help herself, she smiled as he did. Being able to talk to someone was nice, she hadn’t been here long, but it was still time spent alone. Not that she minded that, mind you, but who doesn’t like someone to talk to. She was right in her assumption, he had been here for awhile, just seemingly wondering now. When he asked her “Where did you grow up” her eyes darted downwards naturally. This was always the part of the conversation that she never knew how to answer correctly. She wasn’t a fan of making people uncomfortable, but how else do you answer ‘ Wish I knew!” without making them wish they hadn’t asked

Realizing she was still looking down, she brought her eyes back up, making sure to smile as she did so, to show no hard feelings.
“That’s a tale as long as a lifetime.”

She said with a grin. She was an adult, she was used to telling it, but you either get the long story or else there was no point. As a short story, it was obvious, she had no smell of pack or mate, various smells from different locations matted her pelt so she could be assume to have wondered. A couple scars hidden below a speckled coat from close encounters, but the rest was history. Who was she? A Wolf. That’s about all she has figured out. A meticulous wolf. She would leave it up to him though.

"Short version is…..I have no idea. Before you feel bad for asking, I don’t mind. I know who I am inside, but that was formed by myself, not a pack. I assume at one point I was a part of a family, I get flash backs here and there, after all someone had to have named me. Only don’t remember names or faces, I can only remember life as a teen waking up alone one day. Reflex of the mind blocking the bad stuff I guess.”

She gave a shrug, water under the bridge, before offering
“I was drawn here though…I like it, makes it worth the years of wondering”

That part was the truth. She would stay places, not long, then move on. She heard talkings of this land as she got closer and chose to check it out. She was glad she did, she almost got the feeling of staying for awhile. Blues focused back on Terrel.
