Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

I am grieving true but I blame fate for all that has happened. Fate tore Silver away from and killed him then caused my son to go missing. He is dead I can only presume for being gone this long he probably died but a small part of me wants to hold on and say he might still be out there. I lay in the den curled up around Noel who is sleeping like a rock now, but I know that my recent blood curdling screams and nightmares have either kept him awake or woke him up. Rising to my feet I lick the top of his head before exiting out of my den. The nightmares of silver being killed still played in my head but now they have showed up few times. Yawning wakes me furth and I stretch out before heading into the heart of Glorall towards the river. It was a weird feeling to be called alpha of glorall now but now its my time to step up to the plate and get this pack back on its feet. Maybe this was fate saying its my time. My ears flicked forward back and forth listening to the sounds that came with the sea side pack. Everything seemed alright but I stopped by his grave on my way towards the river. Leaning down I nuzzled the spot before turning on heels and heading towards the river. As I approached the form of another came into view. This was a pale colored fae and one I did not recognize. She seemed to be gazing down at the water. This surprised me alittle and suddenly I was cautious. Moving forward on black limbs I came to a rest near the fae

"Excuse me miss I haven't seen you around here. Are you apart of Glorall?"

I ask in a friendly tone. True I was alpha and should be more demanding but times are changing and I'm not that mean. If you respect others you might get respect back. Ears were waiting for a response. Lowering my haunches down to the ground I relaxed alittle but stayed alert
