Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Rogue wasn’t sure what to do with herself now. She gazed over the rocky terrain taking deep breaths of the air. She missed Malina, her gaze set in the direction of Diveen, wondering if Malina had made it out of the battle safely. Her heart ached for her, almost as badly as her soul did for Heartless. She knew though that Malina had to hate her. She had gone to war, simply to follow her creed and to please her brother she had been upsetting for so long by being away and by birthing Alchemy and the other one. Her Malina however did not want her to go, to keep her safe. Rogue felt much the same, she did not want Malina to go either, but she understood duty that had them pitted on different sides. It was why she had sought out Malina, to protect her from the fury that was the demons of Hell. However, it was Malina who had protected her hide. The deep wounds certainly attested to what could have been should she have continued to fight that monstrous sized wolfess. Rogue didn’t even want to think about when she had struck her. She had hurt her, all because she had let her fury drive her beyond her normal mental state.

She couldn’t help it, she was raised in war and fighting, she loved the smell of blood the excitement and adrenaline and it had taken her away. She was honestly ashamed of herself. She had hurt Malina, felt her fangs tear her flesh, the flesh of someone she never wished to hurt. ”Malina.” She said softly, it almost felt as if she was forgetting about him, though the pain was there, her mind was whirling about to the one of two wolves who she had ever cared about. Her hate for Heartless, that was over barring the pain. But Malina probably didn’t want to see her again, Rogue had disobeyed her wishes, then hurt her to add dirt to the wounds.

Her nose twitched, unbidden simply just taking the surrounding scents. One touched her nose and was the irony scent of blood mixed in with the scent of Diveen. Her instincts told her to run for it, wondering if it was that crazy fem that was coming after to finish her off, but then she heard it, the soft sound of her name by a very familiar voice.

She was stunned by the sound, because it didn’t sound mad or angry, it sounded tired and relieved. Rogue cast her poisonous eyes around searching the shadows below to find her, nearly frantic. She did not spot her right away, but just as she was moving forward Rogue instantly sprung forward eagerly, skirting down the rocks with great care, not caring the pain that it caused in her neck. Rogue was not smiling but a look of shock and awe was set on her visage.

But Rogue’s visage quickly changed from shock to worry, for as she got closer she could see all of her wounds including the one she had given to her. What had happened after she had left? Who had done that to her!? She boiled, angered by the idea of anyone having touched her hurt her, what was worse it appeared she had yet to even seek treatment from a healer. Rogue sure as hell was not capable of such an art. She stood before her filled with a storm of emotions as she gazed at the predominantly black wolf before her.

”Mal-Malina, what are you babbling about. Look at you.. You’re a mess…” She moved forward gently licking the wound that was on her shoulder. She knew she had hit her but had she caused this much damage? The wound on her ruff and neck surely were not her, and Rogue would make sure whoever had hurt her would pay. It was all she could do, lick her wounds clean them so they would not get infected just as she had always done with Andras. This was different though.

The closeness was different of that she had felt before. She could see the extensiveness from the fangs of others that had hurt her. She had run away, and she had suffered for it. So why then was Malina apologizing? It was Rogue, her who should apologize to the wolfess who had given her so much and essentially saved her life. It didn’t matter that each time she licked her muzzle pained and twitched all that mattered was getting Malina cleaned. If she yelled at her the whole time or pulled away because she was angry well then Rogue would pin her to the ground and clean her. She wasn’t going to die because of her. Rogue would not stand for that for one moment.

Once they were clean she stepped back, she knew the severity of her actions, and knew it was her fault that Malina had gotten hurt, she was fine before she had gotten caught up with that black and grey wolfess and Rogue was certain that she was someone she was not wanting to cross again. Well not without a little more muscle for back up at least.

”I am not sure why you apologized to me. It is my fault for all of this happening. I had hurt you, I had lost my common since, my mission was abandoned. All I wanted to do was keep you safe then I am the one who harms you most.” She said her eyes moving to the sizable wounds. ”Don’t you.. hate me for it?” She couldn’t help but say what she most feared, her deeper feminine tones etched with fear. All this talking was painful. She hadn’t talked much in days, even when the girl had taken care of her… The scabs over her muzzle wounds were breaking causing them to bleed slightly. Though she paid them no mind, really it blended in very well with her deep cinnamon fur, and this pain was nothing compared to what Malina was going through. Not to mention she needed to know. Who else was going to leave her and then leave yet another gap in her being? It seemed to be the thing to do, seeing that everyone Rogue had any sort of attachment to was doing it.
