Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

The howl of one by the border wakes me from my sleep. Eyes blink slowly oen and blue orbs scan the outside world that lay outside the safety of the den. I leaned my head down to check on Noel and his form was gone. Crazy kid, probably acting like a shadow and following someone or playing with the others. Though he was not one who was much for being playful, well at least from what I've seen. Rising to feet I exit the den and stretch. Probably shouldn't keep this stranger or strangers waiting for much longer. Givng one last yawn I head deep into Glorall and along the sandy shores before turning left and heading up towards the borders. Their scent grows strong and my ears and eyes are alert for their forms or a form. Coming forward I see them sitting there. Just three standing there, two much older but one still young.

Moving forward on black limbs I move and stop infront of the figures. Eyes scanning over their forms before my jaw parts to speak

"Hello there. I am Rhoedias Queen of Glorall. If you were calling for silvertongue then I'm sorry he has passed away"

I say with a little bit of pain laced throughout her words towards the end. I allow them time to respond to this news before speaking again.

"I am sure you three have traveled far and are tired. Come on in and we can speak further. "

Rising to black paws I step aside and allow the visitors to come in and then turned on heels and headed back towards the shore. Possibly the cool relaxing feel of the ocean can set a friendly state througout all, hopefully
