She listens as he speaks the answer to her questions, her need to know more and more about him filtering over and over into her mind. She did not understand it, this tug she felt when she met the spring of his gaze. She only knew she needed to know more. Couple the odd sensation with the want to move closer to him, to wrap herself in the midnight of his pelt and never come out, make him into some kind of security blanket, and you had one confused little medical apprentice. She had never known of these things happening before, and so she made a mental note to ask Sinopa about it upon her return.

Riopat lays her navy blue gaze on his, her head tilting as he asks his question. ”Unfortunately, I am afraid I can be of no assistance in this regard. I know nothing of gyspies.” She felt immense disappointment wash over herself, a stab of regret that she could not do as he asked hit her so hard that she felt physical pain from it. A soft whimper gives her worrying away, and she lowers her gaze to the pile of moss by her paws.

It serves as a reminder that she must get home, a reality check that rips her away from everything else going on. Her eyes widen and she looks up to him – something she cannot quite seem to help – her mouth opening once more. ”Would you care to help me get the moss back home? I live near the beach, I could show the ocean to you! It is my most favorite place to be, even though I am not supposed to go there 'cause of the big black monsters and all the scary stuff that's there.”

She babbled for a bit about the beach, pausing after realizing she was rambling. She lets him speak now, to see if he would even want to journey back with her. ”Maybe you can ask one of the older wolves if they know of the gypsies!” It was wonderful, and would help them both immensely if he would follow her.
