Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Return to Lunar Children

I'm beginning to feel like a Dungeon Dragon

She snorts, a half-grin tugging at one corner of her mouth. Others could technically say she was lost, but she wasn't. To be lost you had to have something you were trying to go back to. She loved her birth pack dearly, and went to visit from time to time, but she mostly stayed out traveling. How long would the trip back take now? Was she farther from home than she had been? She didn't know the answers to either of these questions. The last time she made the trek back it had been about a year or so ago, and one could travel far in just six months, imagine how far a dedicated traveler could get in a year. She didn't know where Moladion was in relation to her homeland, but if she wished to make the trip while here, she could do it. She had exceptional gut feelings, and they had guided her back home many a time. Speaking of gut feelings, she was getting one now, about the male in front of her. It was an odd feeling, one she'd never gotten before. Usually she only got feelings that were extremely good, or extremely bad. This one was...odd, to say the least. It was a mixture, one that said she should be wary of him -at least a little bit since she couldn't seem to work up a suitable amount of fear- but also one that said he wouldn't hurt her. At least for now, anyways. They seemed to be getting along well enough for the time being but that didn't mean he wouldn't make a move for some reason or another.

"I'm not lost. To be lost you'd have to have something to go back to and are trying to find it again." She said, uncharacteristically sober. She had family, actual blood family, to go back to, but nothing much else. There wasn't anything for her in her home land. It bored her, and that's why she left as soon as she could; to avoid going insane or stir crazy. Her family understood; they were expecting this, seeing how inquisitive she was. She was happier exploring and seeing new things and meeting new people than she was in her pack. Maybe she'd find a pack here, something to tie her to Moladion, but that almost seemed like a pipe dream. She was an honorary Amazon -packs of female warriors- in several lands, but even that wasn't enough to make her stay. Don't get her wrong, she tried, she really did. But within a few weeks she felt the familiar tug pulling her along once more.

Hell. Hell? Her eyes widened slightly, and she scooted closer, not being able to help it. Yes, he could be very well be messing with her, but something told her he wasn't. "Well if you're from Hell, that'd make you a demon, yes?" She cocked her head, looking at him closely. Y'know, him being a demon made sense the more you thought about it..."What made you come here?" She wouldn't ask what Hell was like because, well, it was Hell. She wouldn't think it was all that pleasant. So instead, she asked him why Moladion. Of all the places, why here? She could see he was getting tired and felt a little guilty, I mean, she was the one that was keeping him up, no? Her curiosity warred with her guilt, and she decided that after he answered her question she'd ask him if he wanted her to leave. She'd just have to find him later to satisfy her curiosity.
