Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Return to Lunar Children

I'm beginning to feel like a Dungeon Dragon

soul bound to none | heart captured by none | warrior of nowhere | no children | loner

Jag laughed at the girl, her tail mimicking hers. She was excited at meeting a new person too, and didn't bother to hide it as the other might want to. Who would want to be a stiff and stuffy swan when one could be a falcon? Fast and deadly, falcons were the way to go in her mind. She smiled at the stuttered question, grinning with a little bit of pride. "Oh from back there," She nodded behind her almost absentmindedly. It was obvious the smaller femme didn't have all that much experience with social situations, but no matter. Jagger had enough for both of them. She grinned once more once the girl gave her name, tail giving an extra wag. "Nice to meet you, Chicky!" She was a nicknamer, calling people all sorts of things. Sometimes it was just basic shortenings of their names, and other times they were, well, not.

Without so much as a warning bark, she leapt down from her perch to land a few feet behind Chickadee before turning around and facing her, sitting back on her haunches like she jumped from the tops of waterfalls everyday. "I'm Jagger." She said, giving a nod. Now that she was level with her, she could probably see the myriad of cuts and such on her body. Most were scabbed over by now, only the fresher cuts not quite there yet. Thankfully, her antics hadn't torn any open. She wasn't opposed to potential for new scars or pain, but dried blood was such a hassle to get out of her coat.

"Are you new as well?" She asked, cocking her head to the side as she studied the cinnamon dust Chickadee. She might have found a fellow newcomer! And possibly another nomad! Chickadee didn't quite seem like the type to be near constantly on the move, or a loner, but you never knew.
