Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

My c o l d desire
to hear the boom, boom,
b o o m of your heart

She listens to Tesseract as he talks to the small grouping of individuals that joined them. She watches them, taking in their scents when she could and evaluating them. It was strange to have their own land this suddenly. To take over a pack of wolves that she did not know, and that they did not know her. Glorall had been a seemingly cursed land with Alphas rising to power and falling to disgrace within the blink of an eye. Caligula resolved herself to show a united stand with Tesseract. He spoke for both of them when he mentions his determination to actually stay and give them something to believe in. She believed in her Tesseract and thus watched his beautifully sculpted face as he spoke.

When he was finished and gave his directives she turned to the mother of the child that had so savagely attacked her mate. She still gave Enigma the briefest of smiles as she was addressed. She dipped her head, and wished desperately that Tesseract had mentioned that she was a mute. It would make things a lot easier down the line. It was nothing that Caligula would ever miss, but it was hard to tell those that she met her name. Otherwise she never missed the fact that her voice had never developed. She had never needed it. As she stood to go find Cersei and Maradona she glanced back to Enigma and Viora.

She scented the air, trying to grasp where the two troublemakers had managed to wander off to while keeping Enigma entertained. She glanced back at the whitish wolfess and wagged her tail slowly as if she was wondering if Enigma would be following. Caligula had caught scent of Maradona and knew that Cersei would most likely not be far off. Those two were extremely different and yet they were nearly always not far away from each other. Caligula couldn't help but to compare them to Tesseract and herself at that age. She scents the winds again to make sure that the scent remained before beginning to journey into Glorall a little bit deeper to find them. She assumed that Enigma and Viora would follow. After a few paces she paused to look behind her with the mismatched eyes to make sure that the other wolves were following her. She had no doubt that her children would make this whole situation a little less awkward.
