It had been some hours since he had spoken with Alana and yet, he had spent them pacing in thought. The small girl's circumstances were most dire and he could not help but shake the feeling that he would need to address them swiftly if he hoped to resolve her internal conflicts. Of course, he also hoped to somehow prepare her for the children and had considered offering her more support - perhaps he would seek out wolves in the free lands who could take on the role of nannies. She and Caligula would need them and the universe knew he would need a break from them, too. It was something he certainly had to consider but for now, he had cursed himself for forgetting one of the few other wolves he needed to speak with.
What he knew of the girl was little save her name and her apparent interest in Rogue. Of course, he had also pondered her lineage - Devil May Cry and Kiska - which was... peculiar. If he remembered well and believed the rumors in the free lands then it had been Devil May Cry that had instigated the war. What did that mean for the dark girl? With such parentage, that too meant she had been as he was only recently - an heir without a throne. Kane's brother. How... curious. It was a refreshing train of thought, one he pondered over as he began to trace her scent, jogging and weaving through the underbrush until he broke onto the sand that lead to the beach.
It had been the twilight hours when he had arrived at the base of one of the many dunes, apparently having taken a liking to them for a meeting point. The sky over the ocean had turned a delectable shade of scarlet, the full moon slowly beginning to show its face. Come utter nightfall, when the moon was highest, he would begin to seek out Rogue, planning entirely on having their meeting be more... secretive, he guessed. Perhaps Caligula would come seeing as she knew the hooded woman, but for now, it was Zeteri's time to shine.
Settling atop the pillar of sand and shrubbery, he stood proud in the dim light, his white form glowing like a beacon. Soon enough, he called for her, sure that she was somewhere within his vicinity - perhaps she, too, had been searching for him. He only hoped she knew that their meeting was not simply one of casualties but one to truly understand who she was and just what she wanted from not only him, but the pack.
