Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

I fell in love with a shooting star

He lifted a brow with her answer and snorted. Why did she not find some big rock to hand out behind? They were a lot better than trees. Rocks never had Starfall any trouble. She had leaned closer, but Starfall wasn't afraid. He was honestly more concerned with the trees instead of a random wolf puppy. He looked up at the tree with her, his opal eyes narrowing at the light that pushed between the branches. There is something else in the trees that enjoyed taunting day in and day out. Birds. His eyes searched for them constantly, spotting one bird rather close by and growling at it unhappily. It is only when the younger girl spoke that he snapped out of it and looked back towards her, his hair messy with bed head.

She had asked a question about what the trees called her, and he could only muster a frustrated frown on his dark yet handsome face. Trees were confusing things. They did not always speak and make fun of him, only sometimes. Birds however, seemed to do it all the time. Starfall huffs a little as he sits down on his haunches, glaring at the tree root once more.

"Well, they are not saying anything right now. They don't do it all the time. Only sometimes." he said moodily before he turns his eyes, so stunning and mystical, back towards the younger girl. "They hate me because I am a....a...um, well, a freak. I am a Dreamwalker and they don't like that. They say it isn't normal and it is weird...but it isn't! My Mother says I am just fine the way I am!" he rumbled, his voice turning into a vengeful yell as his muzzle directs it self towards the nearby root at the end. Again, Starfall felt rage boiling deep inside once again as he remembers how trees make fun of him, and now apparently trip him. His fangs lunge forward and snap on the root once more, showing the tree who is boss just like his father Azrael did.

His growls slowly ceased as he remembers the girl sitting before him. She speaks her name and he gulps as he slowly lifts himself away from the root again, still giving it once last glare like his father would before facing the dark girl with a face of frustration, and yet, he tries to manage a half-hearted smile on his gorgeous star-touched face. He didn't want to be angry at the trees in front of her, he just...was. He was fine with her so far, as long as she didn't make fun of him.

"I am Starfall. Are you going to make fun of me too?" he said with his head tilting slightly. As much as there is a harshness to his face, there is a twinkle of hope in his hazed over opal eyes. Starfall just wants to be liked and accepted by someone...anyone. He was already getting this sinking feeling that he messed up already, that Maradona won't like him. He sighs slightly thinking about it. Oh well.
