Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

She could tell he was somewhat amused by her words as he sat down beside her. She welcomed his company, and despite his rather unattractive white pelt his personality was quite easy for her to get along with. There were a few things that sent annoying pangs into her. His general gentleman’s attitude and the fur color somewhat reminded her of him the one who caused her constant grief even now that he was gone. Tesseract was hardly like him though. Least he had some class and some ambition. Attractive traits, but his white fur and the fact that his mate was his sister were completely off putting. He spoke of the queen of Diveen and Rogue couldn’t help but shrug.

”She will not be forgiving Iromar any time soon. They asked for that though. She had let them get away with much before the war, forgave and forgave as you say. Still despite that, she is not like the Angels I know from my homelands. Though from what I hear her father, Hepel or Seyel or whatever those silly angels name their children, is truly the one I would hate. Or her Brother even. She, however, I do not hate. I figured out that Diveen was not the same angels we had come to destroy. Our mission to kill them here is time wasted when we could be killing the real angelic threats in other demonic territories. However Ishtar has her sights set, and now her pride hurt. She will not stop now until the demons win.”

A long winded story perhaps, but she was sure he would like the information and she was willing to share it with him. Who knew, perhaps down the line it may help him with relations with other packs and prove as a warning to him also. It seemed he was not content with her half answer to why she had settled her though. She had to admit he was testing waters that perhaps he did not wish to enter, it was only Rogue’s respect for him that prevented her from telling him to mind his own. Instead she offered the truth. ”It is not that, I have someone I care about just over the river. Probably one of the single most important wolves to me in all of Moladion. I wish to be close to her, but I cannot stand the stench of angels, regardless of how non-angelic they are in personality, they all still have that foul oder. Her nose crinkled slightly at the thought, she had grown a little more accustom to their stink after being around Malina so much, but her scent was different. She was not an angel, just associated with them. The pack stench lingered on her fur but for how much longer Rogue did not know.

She fell silent at that comment, her poisonous gaze moving to Tesseract for a moment before setting over the river. She only gave a soft sound of affirmation at his words that she was an asset to his pack, a little lost in thought thinking about Malina, but with a deep breath she spoke. ”I have skills in thievery, though I used to be a scout and run borders and gather information on troupes when I was back in Hell. I have relations in all packs but Spirane. Reasons to go there to gather information easily and with no reason for them to question my arrival or see me out. Would you find either of those skills to be of use for you?” She asked smoothly letting her eyes once again fall onto the Alpha of Glorall.
