I really don’t know why this weird puppy continues to keep grinning at me, I don’t even really know why it’s here to be honest and I am entirely sure, were it considered diplomatically correct I would pick the ugly little thing up by the scruff of it’s neck and dump it down the side of Diveen. What did I ever do to deserve having him irritate me? Diveen is the largest pack in all Moladion, there are rather a number of other wolves this….whatever his silly name is could have gone and annoyed, so why me? I think I attract the weird ones though I hardly know why, maybe I am entirely too good-looking for my own good and have now begun attracting the same gender. For a moment my violet blue eyes narrowed further at this thought, shifting slightly away from the other male in contempt for such an idea before regarding him once more. Maybe we assassins need to publicise a little more, I suppose that does rather defeat the purpose of a secretive society and yet really, perhaps if this annoying gangly boy was aware of exactly who he was talking to he would have a little more respect, or at least a little more fear about him. If anything it was almost like he was trying to be my friend although really I am entirely sure his efforts will fail. I have exactly oen friend aside from my mate and it had taken him rather awhile to earn that position, I see no need to add any more friends to my collection.

Hell, it wouldn’t matter if I did, Heyel makes sure I am almost never at home, I missed seeing my first two sons grow up, I miss watching over my daughters as I should because I spend the day, well, for want of a better description- doing Heyel’s job for him, although I suppose at what, hmm, how old id the old man now, eighteen? He can be forgiven for not being as mobile as he was, although really I till see him sitting atop his own personal throne, in his own private section of the pack land that he shares with Uncle Devil. What the hell did he ever do to get part of Diveen given to him? There isn’t another wolf in this whole damn land who has his own private part of the pack? Why the hell Isola tolerates it I don’t know. Let us all bow down to Heyel as we have all already done for so many years before I…..seem to have gotten on a rant. Problem with Heyel you say? Just a little one. I snorted, pushing the thoughts aside for now, regarding this boy as he spoke with perhaps a slightly less antagonistic expression after his comments about Kane, my head tilting slightly as he offered his name.

"Nootau? What is that supposed to mean? Stupid sounding name if you ask me. Did your parents just not like you? I could see that."

Like I said, I’m actually not really that nice of a guy, well I am, when I want to be I suppose, it just so happens I don’t want to be- at least not right now, not to this guy. Honestly where does Isola find them? Couldn’t she have brought home a useful adult male instead of this…thing? How was I supposed to know he’d decided he wants to be my friend? Well, we’ll just see how determined he really is to keep up with that, no one ever stays around me long enough to earn actual friendship and I am highly doubtful Nootau will ever come close. My eyes narrowed slightly once more at his second question, regarding him warily. If this was some Iromar spy he was either an exceptionally good one, or he really was just an overly curious young male. I paused a moment before answering, letting the silence rest between us a moment, a disgruntled growl still within my throat before I managed a sigh of sorts, as if this entire conversation was tedious, fortunately for him however, he remained in a fairly submissive state, or at least one I was willing to accept from him for now.

"I’m Azrael, eldest brother of Isola and Silent Knife of Diveen, why did you ask my rank? You should be able to look at me and realise I am one of the royal family, we all look like this, well, maybe not quite so good as me but you get the point."

Maybe he just wanted to talk to the most disgruntled member of the royal family he could find, or perhaps he simply wanted to tell his sad little friends, that for a few moments, he actually got to stand in the presence of a true blood Angel. I hardly care, either way though, I see no reason why I can’t ask questions too. One eye lifted slightly, expectantly, waiting.
