It was that time again, the time for new life or so they would say. If only you know where to look. I happen to know where to cast my dual toned gaze to catch it, here and there and wherever my mate situates herself. I am searching for her now, because I inherently knew today was the day. I am still very much unfamiliar with Spirane, it was just rocks, mountain, everywhere. Not what I'm used to, so adjusting is necessary. It reminds us of us gypsies though, hard, broken apart, rough, jagged. Yes we are like Spirane. Tough.

Unfamiliar with these lands or no, I think I am rather likened to Spirane. I am within our gpsy camp now, nearby the den of my mate. My dual toned eyes are upon the entrance, I can tell that I have arrived after the new life had come, yes much too late, and I lay myself down in front of her den. I am taking up all the space in front of it it seems, dual toned eyes ever watching. I am the shadow across the hearth, waiting to consume the fire boiling within, silent and yet hungry, and yet also a guardian of sorts, waiting for the signal, so that I may take up arms. Within the den is my small family, and I am proud.

My ears are alert and forward pricked, waiting silently. Crimson banded eyes watch, glimmering whenever a ray of light is captured within, I am ever waiting. Waiting is something I have become used to, and I want nothing less.
