Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Let fate decide

I am happy to see that he is wishing to play with me. It is a simple thing, an urge to indulge in the joy a body can provide. I am out this day, out of Diveen and exploring. I am simply happy on this day, and I get to meet a new friend, I think. And yet, there is something in the air that reminds her of her home. It is a scent of Diveen that does not emanate from her own red-touched frame. It is the scent of the boy. He has his own thick scent, young and masculine in nature, and yet it is unmistakable that he bears the scent of one who spends most of their time in Diveen. Noses are curious things, wonderful creations that say so much. I have never met this boy before, and yet, Diveen is so large, full of many wolves. I am not surprised that I have yet to meet everyone.

He mimics my play bow, speaking the silent language of kindness to me. My eyes of ice blue lock with the molten fire that is his, his so lovely in their very own way. Yet I am not caught up in them, no, I do not allow myself to be taken, for he moves and inches closer to my larger form. I slightly jerk back, my cream colored maw slashing to the other side as I make a gruff yap at him, taunting him to come closer, daring him to play. He continues forward, my eyes of polar ice locked onto him in anticipation, waiting for any sort of movement that gives him away. And he does indeed move, his muzzle reaching forward in an attempt to grasp my paw. I react quickly, jumping back as he goes after my second paw.

I take this moment to then jump forward, my larger form at an advantage for now. My jaws would part, and lightly attempt to grasp onto his scruff in a playful manner. I pull back quickly though, and am met with his own jump forward. Unexpected it is, although I didn't play much with other puppies in this manner. His approach causes my front limbs to collapse, falling over slightly onto the ground as he he pins me for a moment. I let out a light, airy growl, my jaws attempting to grasp whatever I can of him before he too draws away. I allow my body to lift again, dirt coloring my red-touched fur as I playfully snap in his direction.

I see him smack his paw against the ground, and as he does so I suddenly jolt to the side. It is in that moment that I taunt him with a yip, my cream colored limbs rushing as I begin to run away from him. I am undoubtedly able to outrun him at this point, if I really wished to, but I keep my pace relatively slow to make sure he keeps up. I will dash away from the water, turning my head back after a few lopes to see if he is following. I will then suddenly stop while turning around, aiming to surprise and snap at him.
