I was a little tired. I had just sparred with the new boy Noel. He was interesting and considering he was only a year old he had a lot of drive to him that I really could relate with. A new friend maybe? Or more like another Leonidas? I wasn’t sure which just yet, he was still young but already I could feel we would be very good rivals in the future. Still though my brain rung around the potential to maybe be a hunter like Camelot. I wanted to run into that wolf since then but he was older and often I didn’t see him simply roaming about. I was dusty and my fur a little matted I didn’t exactly look presentable, but I didn’t care. It was strange how thinking of someone brought them upon you. I had earlier thought about Leonidas and how he had been stalking my foster sister Daenerys, I was thinking he had imprinted on her but I cannot be certain. He seemed so latched to her though that it was the only conclusion that I could come too.

Though there he was though and for a change he was not clinging to my sister. Instead he had a pile of dead porcupines and looked like a pin cushion. ”Not the most graceful of hunts eh?” I say my voice somewhat teasing as I move towards him seeing the quills sticking out of his sides. ”I thought my rival was better than that? What’s eating you?” I continue moving around and giving a rough yank on one of the quills sticking out of his side. I waited a moment for going in for the next one, whether or not he takes it is up to him. No matter what though they had to come out.

”You probably should see a healer, so they don’t get infected.. You know the things those porcupines go through?” I say it merely out of concern. They purposefully put things to make infection very possible when they prick predators so that they could maybe die later. ”There is Niviaq or that guy from Diveen that is here. Sure they could do something.” I was just suggesting. Hermit Leo probably didn’t even know who either of those wolves were. I didn’t even know who the male from Diveen was, just that he was here for training or something.

I would wait though, I was sure he would not be happy for me invading and pulling the quills from him. My doting on him probably would help his attitude either, but what could I say, I was a nice guy and I do what I can.
