Shepherd is a pale figure, for the most part. His base coat is a very light, silvery cobalt. It is a pale blue in the way that fur is naturally so, actually a shade of silver with blue undertones. A darker slate shadows the sides of his neck, bridge of his nose, his ears, and accentuates the shallows and edges of his legs and flanks. All but the bridge of his muzzle is a stark shade of white, continuing down his neck and stomach. This white also forms a ring around the base of his neck that narrows sharply between his shoulder blades, feathers his sides just behind his shoulders, a dot above each eye, and dips his rear end including his tail. His paws are also white up to his wrists and knees. A small patch of silvery cobalt rests at the top of his tail, edged in the same slate that highlights his body. His nose is a soft, fleshy pink edged in a dusty charcoal.
PERSONALITY - Shepherd is a bit on the shy side. While no-one would claim he is skittish, he has a tendency to keep quiet and to himself when around those he does not know. He is watchful, though, very protective of those he considers to be in his care. He can be a bit neurotic in the fact that he likes to keep his friends and family close - within the same twenty foot radius if possible - and exhibits nervous energy when his loved ones stray too far. He holds the utmost respect for females of any age and is often sweet, passive, and submissive to them. Children are a wonder to him. Growing up a solitary puppy, he missed out on a lot of his childhood... but he isn't afraid to relive it, vicariously, through other young wolves.
HISTORY - Born to an elderly mother who suffered from separation anxiety, Shepherd spent his early years glued to Mother's side. He never knew his father nor his much older siblings his mother has mentioned in the past, only dear Mother. However, dearest Mother has passed recently and Shepherd finds himself alone for the very first time.
