Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

I find my paws traipsing across the borders of Diveen, taking me into the open land as I follow an nknown path out of my home. The pack lands have been quiet as of late, though Isola keeps her members happy with regular socializing and meet and greets. I guess I have my father's brooding soul that makes it harder for me to get out and greet the new wolves. Perhaps thats what makes her the obvious leader of Diveen. I may be her equal but in the pack, I come second and I'm perfectly okay with that. I myself put her on a pedestal so why shouldn't everyone else? Isola is something to be cherished and she will always be my goddess. It is only a shame to me that I cannot have her heart and soul just as she will never know that part of me. It already belongs to someone else, her own flesh and blood.

I pick up on her scent soon enough, the aromatic perfume of my imprint and soul mate. A whine falls unbidden from my lips as I pick up the pace, suddenly eager to greet her. I haven't seen her in some time and I meant to go to Glorall the moment I could find time. I never even knew she had children and I have to know if she has found a mate. I don't know why its important to me but if she's happy, I'd like to celebrate with her.

The closer I get to her, the more my soul rejoices. My tail starts wagging before she even comes into view. Ears prick forward and my dual colored eyes brighten considerably, a smile tugging at my charcoal lips the moment she's in sight. I all but dash to her, reaching out to gingerly touch my nose to her cheek, not sure what else she would allow if she does have a mate.

"It has been too long, Sin."

I use a shortened version of her name, hoping she doesn't take offense. It's filled with my affection for her, and ironically, it fits the situation. How can it not be a sin for Fate to choose the sister of my heart's desire for my soul to cling to?
