Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Just after Artimus speaks to the white female, his keen gaze catches the corners of her mouth tugging up in a half smirk. She seems amused- and this he finds interesting, for she could have insulted him if she found him rude but did not. Instead, she appraises him, her strange brilliant pink gaze roaming over his fourm as she does. Now this- this is something he can appreciate and the corners of his own lips show it, tugging into a sly smirk of his. There's silence between them that is hanging heavy, but it's not something that bothers him. But it is broken when the scent of another is edging closer to them. While immediate irritation is common for the male when interrupted or distracted, he makes an exception for the wolf that has found them. She's bouncy, shorter than them- and she calls them giants. This has a quiet chuckle dripping from his lips before arching a very subtle brow down at her. She seems exuberant enough, and introduces herself as Harridan, then asking them who they might be. He keeps his silence as bright, ever calculating amber irises glance back to the white wolf whose name he still did not know. Perhaps she would have given it to him- or perhaps she would have not. He would never know.

But she gives it to this Harridan, introducing herself as Purge. Vastly different names, it would seem- from two vastly different worlds. Where Harridan is outwardly friendly and relaxed, seeming quite content to get this 'party' started- Purge is observant, calculating. Her exotic gaze tells it all, and Artimus doesn't waste time in observing this. His own mind is always working, always churning for what may come next. The two wolves before him are both enticing in themselves- and he is quite pleased with himself that he happened to stumble upon such a lovely little.. collection. After they had given their names, it was only polite to give his own in turn. But not before he dipped his creme and beige toned skull downward slightly and giving them both a handsome smirk of his own. 'I would be Artimus. Pleasure to meet you- ' simply because she had been the one he'd approached, his gaze finds the white female with the black mask upon her face 'Purge' and then he is glancing to the wolf beside them, quite shorter than the two of them 'Harridan.' Now that the formalities were out of the way- he could settle in for the sake of his own enjoyment.

The two wolves were not threatening to him- and even if they were he knew he could handle either of them- or both of them. He was full of himself, but he also very well knew just what he was capable of. His tall structure was thick with muscle and what he lacked in agility he made up for in brute strength and a cunning, quick mind. While he was new to Moladion, he knew off the bat that these two females were in fact loners, with no specific land to call home. Perhaps they would know more of the lay of land than he, and he could entice one of them to give him a.. tour, of sorts. While the second female, Harridan, was enticing in her own way- Artimus continued to find his gaze wandering back to the hot pink one of Purge. Something about her was vastly interesting to him- but what, exactly, he wasn't quite sure. Perhaps it was just the eyes, or the fact that her coat appeared so incredibly soft- he wanted to touch it, to press his muzzle against it to know if it truly was as soft as he thought. Artimus was almost always right, and he knew this- and simply took pleasure in proving himself right, often time again and again. He wasn't relaxed, but he was certainly at ease as he addressed the two other wolves.

'Now.. would either of you happen to know this place very well? I haven't been around much but perhaps you two have.' By the end of his last sentence, an amused, rather smug grin was stretching across his pale handsome muzzle. His words were amusing to his own mind, and if they did not find them to be to their own- so be it. He wasn't exactly here to impress anyone, but to simply found things out for himself- and enjoy what he could on the side. There were several ways to get what one wanted, and Artimus almost always went with what came naturally. If force had to be involved- then force was involved. But otherwise all it took was knowing what to say, and what to do- watching others in how they interact and figuring out just what they wanted. That was something he was a Master in the art of, and it had yet to fail him thus far. He knew it would not any time soon.

'Talks like this.'
