Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

goes the clock, we laughed at fate and mourned her, tick tock goes the clock even for the monster

Silence. It was not a luxury to her. It was a habit. It was normal for her to go about her day and night alone and far away from others. Ever since she was a pup she had to learn to get used to it. When she was young and night fell, it was natural for her to tremble with fear at the unusual sounds that seemed to enhance her fear. Yet she learned, at that tender age, that if she was to survive she would have to harness her fear and learn to cope. Instead of feeling afraid when she wandered around at night, she trembled with excitement. When it came to her nightly prowls she felt more alive than ever before. Roaming these strange lands accompanied with nothing and nobody, but her ruthless mind. Each night she would go around keep her distance from the other loners content to keep them all at bay. However, her plan was not working. Apparently the other loners here were…friendly? Odd. Since when did her face look so inviting?

Sleek feminine fatal was moving with particular steps through swamp, careful to keep herself from being dragged below. She was not one that cared for the luster in her ebony fur from being ruined, after all there were a few trees and leaves snugged within her soft coat. Her right half-torn ear would twitch every now and then as she listened to the odd sounds of the swamp listening for the ground that would easily swallow her whole. The purple flecks around her dark blue eyes seemed to light underneath the silvery moonlight. In her jaw was a dirty old swamp bird and she was quite eager to begin the process of devouring her meal. Eyes narrowed when she saw a log that created the perfect bridge to get to a stronger terra firma so with a quick agile running start she leapt for the fallen log and raced through to the solid ground. Swaying her tail side to side she growled in contempt as she headed off for a nice secluded area. There along the swamp bed was near the murky water was a solid smooth stone covered in dark green moss. Without another thought she leapt on top of the rock and quietly laid down stretching her limbs as she placed the fowl between her paws. Sharp teeth would pluck and tear through the skin using her sharp talons to help break the fowl apart, trying to get rid of those pesky feathers. Her ebony muzzle was tinted with fresh flood and she let out a dark growl when she felt the presence of another nearby.
