Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

goes the clock, we laughed at fate and mourned her, tick tock goes the clock even for the monster

There were times when being a loner was frowned upon. A wolf that didn’t join up with a pack was bound to be forever an outcast. It was natural for pack animals to not trust the outcasts of their own kind. In fact, an outcast was considered a creature that had problems, and the only solution to these problems was death. It was only natural for animals to attack the creatures that held many faults that could, most likely, cause a threat to their own existence. It was of no coincide that the outcasts would turn on themselves rather than pair up together, it was only natural for animals to eliminate another that had a problem. At least it was the natural way of things. Yet that was not the case here. With these lands came new faces and many new places. Yet the customs here were different. On her travels not once did she meet other rogues running about in the same area, not attacking one another on sight. Why, here at her side was a loner and all he wanted to do was charm her, not try rip her throat out. Forgive the girl for not wanting company, the only company she is familiar with are the ones that wish to kill her. As you know, it is only the nature of things.

The gruesome creature was moving at a gentle pace that seemed so out of character for her. Quiet paws would carry her sleek form along the rocky terrain with a stable manner. When the jumbled path would cause her to slide closer to the male she would quickly fix it, making sure the space between them was there, not accepting how the terrain would move to cause her to be near him. She would raise her dial, flicking her bristled tail side to side. Her torn ear would twitch when she heard him accept and understand her terms should he continue being near her tonight. She would cover her sharp teeth with her black lips that held a small bloodstain along the rims, evidence that she had a tasty treat before she walked it off. Her dial turned when he spoke once more, cold dark blue eyes narrowed, as the amethyst flecks brightened just slightly underneath the moon’s glow.

“Of course I am.”

Her snappy cold tone clearly showed that his choice of words were wrong. She shook her dial as she pressed on forward not concerned in the slightest should he decide to leave her be. She was not a creature that could be easily warmed up to, so if he was really in the mood for a challenge then this was it. She would stop moving and turn her dial around sharply give him a cold retort.

“You had the nerve to approach me.”

Her closed muzzle held a small smirk there, glowing eyes held a subtle conceit in them. She was considered a Monster in her home lands, attacking anyone and anything in sight, if only to keep everyone at bay and keep herself alive. Her greatest sin was Pride. Pride in the fact that she could be an excellent killer, should she have to be. Yet that didn’t mean she held qualms in killing her own kind. When she turned her head away from him she would lower it as she realized just where they were standing. They were on the edge on the mountain side, no wonder it was such a rocky terrain, they were at the edge looking bellow a luscious valley. She stood there looking down, this place was indeed strange. She had come across many new faces here and she was greatly confused. Why did they bother, surely pack members were supposed to leave loners alone and loners would supposed to leave each other alone. There had to be a reason. Maybe it was a custom? Wasn't that tenunity thought of all these wolves here, not to mention quite foolish of them as well. Turning around, knowing he hadn’t left her just yet, those cold daggers were gone and replaced with a puzzled expression on that scarred face, her tone remained cold, but softer than usual.

“Everyone is different here…did something happen”
