I felt a chill in the air as a scent brushed my nose familiar yet not. I felt no warmth towards this scent, not the one I felt I should have that I was perhaps owed by the wolfess who was supposed to replace my mother. No one replaced my mother, so I grew up around all males taken care of by Alcide though really I did not have a son-like bond to him until recently. I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to know MoonGlow, she felt a bit like my father in a way. Having children then just leaving them with their imprint to care for. I wasn’t sure if I could complete forgive her for allowing Daenerys to grow without a Mother for this time, but I did have to praise Alcide for not doing as my mother did and leaving me to a world of no parents.

I turned out just fine though; my figure was handsome and well formed and I was on my way to becoming a sword for my pack. My mahogany and golden form trecked towards this smell unsure of what I planned to do once I had reached it. I knew my foster father would already be there, his soul cried out for her just as mine did the Diveen girl, Iophiel. I still was unsure of this decision to approach them, surely they needed some alone time yet I had questions I wanted answers too and she did need to answer for them. My mother, who she had made a promise to was betrayed, my sister had disappeared and I didn’t know why but it was supposed to be MoonGlow who kept us together. Apparently they were ‘good friends’ yet she couldn’t do this. I wasn’t sure if I was looking to blame someone for something I wanted to prevent or just longed for the motherly attention I never had, perhaps those were the answers I would find when I come face to face with the Shamaness.

I spotted her, barely recognizing her and if I would have seen her anywhere else I wouldn’t have known it was here. I was so young and so mistrusting of her when I was turned over to her protection that I didn’t care to remember what she looked like, and she was there for so short of time even if I had it may not have imprinted on my mind.

I paused a fair distance away looking at the pair not sure if I was invited to this reunion. I liked Alcide, I never had a father so therefore he was my father, the only one I ever had even though I am not his blood. My tail flicks as I wait wondering if they will invite me forward or if I am to stay back until they are done uniting their souls together.
