Mau's ears flattened at the snarl, and Tank took a few steps forwards. Mau watched in horror, seeming like slow motion, as the femme toppled over into the river. The ocelot squealed, scrambling towards the shore. Tank watched, trying to contain his amusement. It's really not funny, he scolded himself. Who was he kidding, though? It was hilarious. Tank felt a bit bad about being amused, but he was sure that the wolfess would be fine. Plus, it was always a bit amusing to see Mau overreact to a situation. After living with the ocelot since birth, Tank was accustomed to the cat's overcautious nature, but it didn't mean he didn't find it funny at times.

"Omygodomygodomygod I am sosososo sorry!!" Mau called as she saw the wolfess's head poke up above the water with a panicked look. She paced up and down the shore, unable to do much to help. She was a horrible swimmer, after all, cats were notorious for disliking water. She had lived in a rather dry area before this one, she hadn't really had any reason to learn how to swim. "Can.. can you get out?" she called uncertainly, her tail swishing nervously. This was an awful first impression! She was just trying to make friends, though she had been living at the Mountain for a while, she really hadn't met many others. She had spent most of her time with Tank, figuring out what herbs worked and didn't work.

"I'm really sorry," she mewled again, Mau couldn't apologise enough. She was absolutely horrified about the whole situation, she would have to make it up to the fey somehow. She didn't even know her name! This was so awful...
