PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Michonne
Little Bird took a step back as she watched the bay mare kick out at her young. The white began to show around her eyes, her ears flicking back and forth between all sounds. Her tail had clamped down as she watched the red filly squeal and back away. The mare seemed to be over whatever had happened in moments, turning to the hay colored filly and spoke. Little Bird had been correct, she was the mare she had met by the waterfall. The filly had seemingly gotten over getting kicked by her mother and was introduced as Imp. The mare called herself Jezibelle. "Uh, I'm Little Bird," she managed to choke out before the mare continued.

She was questioning about the black mare, the one who had that air of confidence and the same blanketed pattern. If anyone was to be the unofficial leader, it was her. Little Bird did not know that they were sisters, but it was pretty easy to see that they were. The pattern was not common around the area, though she had only been at the Peak and down by the waterfall. She barely remembered the herd her mother was in, they had always stayed far away and her darkly pale mother had always lashed out at the stallion. She hadn't trusted him, that was obvious. Blinking slowly, the yearling answered Jezibelle's question. "No, I haven't seen her since the morning, she left to go do... something. I don't think she told anyone what." She blinked a few more times, but more rapidly now. Her tail had stopped gripping her rump and her ears had flicked forward again. The white of her eyes still remained; she was not sure if the mare would lash out at her next.

Little Bird turned to Imp next and her neck reached out a bit towards the red filly. "Are you okay?" she asked quietly, keeping an eye on the mare. It seemed wrong to not address that the filly had been kicked by Jezibelle and the yearling was hoping maybe she could some some company now on the Peak. It was lonely to sit on top of one of the highest peaks of the mountain. Besides, the mares barely spoke to her. It might've been because she showed little interest in communicating now, or they possibly thought she wanted to be alone on the top of the mountain top. Pulling her neck in and leveling her head, she now spoke to both of them this time. "Why are you two here? And why do you need your sister?"
