Hayazo continued to look at the icy water, deep in thought. There was something relaxing about watching the water travel downstream, one might have found it boring but it was a nice way to think. The wolf sighed quietly. He really did miss Elias. The only remnant of Elias's first litter that he saw often was Frieza, and the pink pup was a troublesome one. She was vain and narcissistic, and wasn't even around the pack that much. He could see her getting into trouble pretty easily, Hay often thought about her and wondered if she was okay. He really had no jurisdiction over her, but... it was almost as if Elias's pups had been his as well. But he supposed it didn't matter much now. That litter was long grown up now. Even if he had some control of them to begin with it was certainly all gone by now. He only had some sort of power over them if they were in his pack, and he wasn't even sure of that anymore. He sighed slightly, and decided to stop dwelling on it. They would come back eventually, he was sure of it. Elias wouldn't... he wouldn't just leave.

Hayazo was well aware of the changes in alphas, though he didn't quite know who the new alphas were. The shift in leadership had been so sudden, he hadn't really had the chance to meet any of the new alphas. But he supposed it would be a good idea to meet them, strike up an alliance or something of that sort. His pack was pretty useful, full of healers, and of course the infamous coral flowers. They were still quite the mystery to him, how they could heal almost any ailment, how they stayed fresh year-round.

His ears flicked backwards as the inquiry reached his ears, and he stood up and faced the brute as he approached him. The other's scent told him that he was from Ice Pack, and Hayazo was fairly sure that he'd be able to tell that he was from Coral Flower. "Sure thing," he said congenially, smiling slightly at the other. "I'm Hayazo," he offered. There was nothing dangerous about giving his name, he was an alpha after all, plus he doubted that this brute would use it for anything harmful. "And you are?"
