The Environmental Police officers report, with pictures, has been online as well. Also the Providence Journal did an article and had experts evaluate that report, including Mark McCollough from USFW. He and the rest all agreed it was consistant with a cougar kill. Lesson learned: CAREFULLY listen to the witnesses! One was a biologist from URI and his wife. The intial investigation was biased, cursory, and they ignored evidence. Replies: There have been no replies.
