The adolescent's Mohawk was almost horizontal, the ####ed wind blowing it from the side too harshly. His large ears drooped, half to make way for the tuft of reddish brown hair and half because of his disappointment at how badly his luck was treating him today. His claws dug into the soft ground, flicking bits of dirt into the river which were soon rushed away by the currents. His green eyes lazily drifted to the side, almost given up on catching a fish today, despite the irritating rumbling in his stomach. When he saw the lion doing the exact same thing as him, he widened his lazy orbs and watched closely.

When Ace laid eyes on the feline, Vlad was on his second try, and he almost smirked when the other male failed as well. But his slight smile faded when the lion succeeded in catching the quick finned prey. Hesitating, Eleven began loping the short distance between him and the feline. He wasn't one for asking for help, so he would just sidle up to the lion idly and begin his attempts at fishing again, hoping he would get the message across.

So there he was, sat again at the river's edge about one metre away from Vlad, his paw poised a few centimetres away from the surface of the water, just waiting for a suitable fish to swim by.
