Something has Happened...
Flooding has covered the area around Aplos Riverside. Water takes up most of the landscape whisking down towards Iromar and towards mouth, the sea. With near constant rains and melting snows coming from Spirane's mountain peaks the influx of water was too much for the river to handle creating this disaster. Water in the flooded areas are moving able to drag away any weaker or small creature that attempts to swim through them. The higher areas of the river closer to the crags and to Spraine are safest. Much of the prey in the area has fled to other areas if they were capable though some were stranded on the ocean side of the river's territory. Be careful of the water, for even strong swimmers could be swept away and some areas that look shallow can be deceptively deep. Some trees that were weak have fallen over leaving some means to get out of the water should someone get caught in a current. This floods runs though Iromar as well.
EFFECTS:
The flood has taken up most of the riverside covering the wooded area surrounding. Rain is almost always falling. Navigating is a chore now and even areas that look safe can have deep pools or cover pointed sticks. Prey is almost non existent the area until the flood waters clear out.
Any new threads made after this post will be effected by the disaster until it ends. Existing threads started before the disaster may play out as normal.
