I haven't checked the sites out yet, so if you wish to watch the oral arguments of the Parker Law Suit, be sure to test the sites prior to February 5, 2014.
If the Court rules that the 2nd District Court of Appeals , ruled correctly, then all eligible retirees will have to pay approx. half of the money to the Pension Fund for lawyer fees( this includes all opt-outs will have to reimburse half of what they collected, back to the Pension fund ).

The John Parker lawsuit, case # SC13-890 (Parker v. The Board of Trustees) is set for oral argument before the Florida Supreme Court on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014 at 9:00am. The argument will be short, only 20 minutes/side is allowed. Attorneys Wayne Thomas and Kathi Giddings, an appellate specialist in the Akerman Senterfitt Tallahassee office, will present the argument for Parker.
The oral argument is broadcast live on the internet at the Supreme Court’s website and also archived for later viewing. The calendar has not been posted for February 2014. It should be posted within the next 10 days.
