Rogue thought of all her successes in the years and all her failures. She had done a lot to get here and some of it may have been considered treason to her kind. She didn’t think so, she did not have children with an angel or betray her kin. She still gave them information and helped them when they desired it from her just as the code demanded of her. Still she had a few personal errands that never got resolved. The first was that bastard child of Andras’ that lived in Diveen. She had no idea what his name was or what he even looked like. She knew the scent of his foster parents though. That day when she had met Malina had been enough for that. They were in Diveen, somewhere. All cozy and safe unaware that she was still out for him. Though it seemed even Andras had let that go, they had no idea that the golden and russet fem even lived through his abuses. It mattered little now. He had legitimate children to worry about and it seemed that was enough for him. Perhaps if he looked red and black as Andras they would have kept him but his heart by now was probably far too soft to save.
He other failure was one that constantly annoyed her more so than the survival of the boy. Malina had been touched by a wolf of white, grey and black with pure inky black eyes. Rogue never knew his name, only that he was a loner and hornswoggle his way into making pups with her dear friend. She never gave the details, Rogue didn’t want them. She just wanted to see him bleed out and perhaps tear off any parts that may have been used in the making of those children. Malina had said he had forced his way on another fem, one of Mal’s friends and thus so an extended part of Rogue. She had tried to find him, searched all over but he seemed to have a way with vanishing. His scent was upon the lands for a short time and she knew she was going to steal him away and then rip him apart. His scent was here once, but Rogue hadn’t gotten back in time. Her mind wandered thinking about that time. Tesseract as an alpha should had seen him off for trespassing and it was with another scent. Enigma’s scent. Rogue looked at the old fem with an new appreciative eye. Would her search be done for the male’s identity?
She spoke of the Alpha SilverTongue, and Ironic name seeing as she had given Mal the same when they had first met, but his death. ”Yes, it was so, but thankfully his members still could provide the right healing for my wounds. That was just after the war you see. I had come here on accident and a girl by the name of Riopat tended to me. She seems to be gone now though. Left upon Tesseract’s uprising. A shame… she had some talent that we could use here.” Rogue shrugged sure they would find more willing healers in time. Her mind still lingered on that thought, surely she didn’t know, the creep was probably just harassing more females, it was winter… but it didn’t hurt to try at some point.
She asks more about her and Rogue has no qualms with answering her questions, especially if it meant perhaps she would open up to questions and answers as well. Iromar was a subject that she was open to discuss here in Glorall. The lands have pacts and it was right for the members to know information about their ally.
”Yes, it does again. Seems the unrightful leader Ishtar has been called back to Hell. I know much of the goings on there as I do have family there. The new Alpha happens to be my Brother, Andras. He needs me here though; I do not need to keep my eyes fogged by Iromar. I am best to be loose and find what I need with less bias than we already have for Ishtar’s war she started up prematurely and for almost no reason. She lost for that and her pride was damaged and surely word of her loss was what forced her to be called back. She has made many poor choices since leading Iromar…” Rogue says with a growl. Leader… she hardly followed the code, and she was only queen because of her relation to Baphomet, the true leader.
She shook her head of the thought, it was why she had left, Baphomet died, Ishtar took over. Rogue did not have to stay for her. Was not required. Rogue did not like Baphomet in the slightest, but at least he had the right blood and was a good leader. His personality. Arrogant. She could hardly stand him. He was no better than the angels when it came to personality some times.
”I also have a perhaps personal question. I noticed one day that I had smelled a strange scent mingled with your own. Was that a friend of yours? It seemed Tesseract got involved, yet I do not smell his scent here no longer.” It sounded innocent enough, she was a gatherer of information and he was a particular topic of interest to her.
