Attached is the cut version of the meeting about the Actuary Firm , as Trustee Gray put it. This was at the Pension Board Committee meeting on JANUARY 15TH, 2014. to review the Professionals hired by the Pension Fund. All the present Professionals were voted to be kept except the Actuary Firm.

In my opinion , Trustee Gray does not want to pay higher contributions to keep our Pension Fund sound AND WHEN POSSIBLE EARN US RETIREES A 13th CHECK. Listen to the recording very carefully. Trustee Gray contradicts his answer to Trustee Latimore,s question.
He says that Mr. Griffin lied to him.
It will be brought up at the January 22nd meeting, and recommended to the entire Pension Board to put out a RFI for another Actuary Firm.
Why doesn't Trustee Gray want to call Mr. Joe Griffin to come to the meeting and explain what Trustee Gray is stating. Trustee Gray did not hesitate to unjustly Trespass a Retiree when he was Board Chairman, which has cost over $100,000. so far , in Attorney fees over a Law Suit. Surely it won't cost that much for Mr. Griffin to come from Atlanta to defend his firms record in performing for our fund. I have no allegiance to this firm or Mr. Griffin BUT it is only fair to let him present his side of the story.
If you have enjoyed receiving a 13th check in the past I would recommend you keep close tabs on what is going to happen. It might be wise to attend as many Pension Board meeting as you can, to see in person what goes on.
