Nord continued to sit upon his perch, looking out over the twilight skies. The fading sunlight made for a spectacular view of pinks and oranges and reds making quite the pretty view. His tail waved slightly against the rock, ocean blue eyes half closed in a sort of peaceful bliss. They snapped open, however, as the fae tumbled unceremoniously into his little hollow. Nord scrabbled against the rock, his fluffy fur bristling as he blinked in surprise at the female. He raised himself to a standing position, defensive but curious as well. The grey and white wolf tilted his head as she asked if he wanted to share.
"I-I-... uh..." he stuttered, he wanted to get his words out but they just weren't coming. Nord was a bit overwhelmed by her falling head over tail into the little clearing. His ears flicked forward as she introduced herself, and he opened his mouth to introduce himself before another female sauntered into the clearing. His ear's laid back against his head again as the other introduced herself. Sage and Spirit. Well at least they seemed nice, there were worse things that he could run into out here, but he hadn't expected this land to be so... populated. He had never been good with other wolves, especially ones he didn't know, perhaps it came from growing up with just one wolf. Nord hopped down from his rocky perch to face the two wolves, his tail waving slightly even though he was quite nervous.
"H-Hi Spirit, Sage. I'm-" He cut off suddenly as yet another wolf burst into the clearing, this time instead of an introduction it was a sharp bark. Nord stumbled backwards, bewildered, shyly pressing his body against the rock that he had once been perched on. He wished that he had stayed upon the rock, maybe then he wouldn't have been so intimidated about the females that surrounded him now. Her quaint, innocent question made him feel deflated. Was this how all the wolves acted in these new lands? He wasn't sure how much he liked it. Maybe they were just trying to be nice, but... he stuttered and stammered and his words were all over the place. They wouldn't want to talk to him. He'd have to find a new place to sleep, he supposed, since they seemed to have claimed the clearing. He just wanted to sleep... the rabbit would have been nice to share but now there were two others here! Certainly they would want a bite and there wasn't enough for four. Nord felt quite flustered.
"I-I'm Nord. Sorry." the brute said with a nervous smile, inching forward from the rock just so. He didn't want to appear so weak and nervous, but he just... he just couldn't get himself to feel comfortable. Perhaps if it had just been one of them, it would have been easier, but three wolves introducing themselves at once did get quite nerve wracking, at least for him. Nord turned towards the fae who had burst in even more loudly than Spirit had. "Uh, what's your name?" he asked as a weak attempt to appear normal and comfortable. He mentally cursed himself for being so stuttery and nervous, but there wasn't much he could do to help it aside from trying to make a normal conversation.
