The girl was strange, or strange enough at least. Still, Cersei couldn't really complain about that - what did it matter? She, herself, wasn't necessarily that normal so of course she'd be the one to find the strange girl sitting looking all strange. As she rose, Cersei found herself mirroring it somewhat if only out of instinct, though she remained entirely friendly in her approach - the girl's response confirmed it: they could get along! Her tail waved, lips pulling back into a wider smile. Well, it was a good start, wasn't it? Most of the time, her method of greeting others wasn't so passive - usually, she simply tackled them, held them down and forced them into a game. This was a new thing but she wasn't complaining, either. Apparently, being passive could work with this Riven girl who had been... looking at herself. The idea of it made Cersei pass a brief glance to her own reflection, a muddled combination of her colours in the dark sea water.
"Well, I'm Cersei! Hello, Riven!"
She chimed finally, turning back to the female with a cheerful wave of her tail. Her voice had, for the most part, muffled her sister's foot steps out of her hearing. The sudden presence of the dark girl startled her for a moment, her tail momentarily raising over her back as her ears flickered back; it took her but a moment to recognise her sister, her tail waving once more before her features relaxed. So, she'd come, huh? Now that was a rarity! Maradona always seemed to be doing her own thing but now here she was, following Cersei! Hah, it felt good to be the leader in that regard. Still, she could not help but notice her own sister's weariness - she seemed hesitant, reserved in her movements as she clung to the red princess' side. Slowly, she cocked her head, her gaze moving between the two and watching their display. Riven, too, seemed suddenly on edge, moving forward on stiff steps. It made Cersei think of her mother and father when they had first laid claim to Glorall. They had said it was for dominance, so why had Riven and Maradona taken it upon themselves to do so? Neither of them ruled Glorall! She huffed, side stepping away from her sister as she rose a little, eyeing the two as she spoke.
"Both of you... calm down!"
She rose her voice ever so slightly, holding eye contact with the pair for a moment as she lowered her head somewhat - she was prepared to run, or get into a scuffle, it didn't matter. What did matter was that the two of them were fast impeding her chance to get eggs, and she didn't particularly feel like dealing with either parent if they awoke to this. She huffed again, sighing beneath her breath.
"Mara, I think she's lost. She doesn't smell like a pack and she's only young, okay?"
She rose a brow, cocking her head once more and flashing her sister a small smile. Surely her sister saw this, right? The girl was likely nervous, particularly if she hadn't been part of a pack before. Maybe they could all warm up to one another over some food, or over a game of chase or... something. Perhaps she had missed the point of their displays, or perhaps she didn't care for them. For some time, she held eye contact with her own sister, eyeing her off until she broke it to glance back to Riven. She did her best to look friendly once more, relaxing her body and features though she could feel her heart pumping in anticipation. The situation could get bad quickly, and she would have to be on her sister's side - they were family, after all. Of course, she didn't want it to come to that, so she had to do her best to resolve the tension.
"Do you have a home?"
She queried Riven, moving again so that she stood somewhat between the two again, effectively becoming a mediator of sorts. In the distance, she could hear the gulls beginning to rouse, and her stomach flopped in hunger. This had better be fixed quickly...
