Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

She rolls her eyes at his comment, brilliant blue glimmering and sparkling with spunk as she continued onto the log. She was hardly going to dignify him with a response in this moment, but that is something Trist would have appreciated...her talking and stuff. But he didn't seem to be around all too much anymore. Oh well, what could she do? They were two different wolves. They might have been born from the same mother, and only the deities know who their non-existent father is, but they were as different as night and day.

She looked down upon the rapids as he did, taking in the dull roar that filled her ears to the brim. She wiggled her nose, looking at Magnus, wondering if he really knew the power of water. She lived by the ocean and saw its power each and every day. She knew if the ocean wanted to, it could devour everyone here if it so chose, in one large bite.

He speaks in this moment, and it isn't easy to hear him through the cry of the water. I hear him though, turning to continue along the mossy log until my light and graceful form float down onto the grass with ease. She only hesitates for a moment, her black-cloaked form waiting for him to follow before she continued on.

"Boring. Like everyone else. That is why you are going to stay here," she says, ending her words with a firm statement. She knew he was going to stay here, for she was going to make him stay here. She walked with a confidence, elegant when she wasn't trying to chew someone's foot off. It seemed she felt she would get what she wants, when she wants it. Honestly, it rarely happened, but she figured one day it would. Her grey paws pause, narrowed brindled brows turning back to Magnus.

"You are interesting," She says simply, her blue eyes looking upon him with an intense look before trotting deeper into the depths of Glorall. Tess had mentioned she would get rewarded for bringing Magnus here, but that was only part of the puzzle. Truly, the rust-hooded boy was someone worth her time. She could hardly say anyone else was willing to clash teeth to teeth with her.
