Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Orion was rather confused, still, by the sudden and loud appearance of the female. He had never really taken much stock in physical appearances, rather he relied on the personality and morals of another to gauge their character. But he knew that that was not true for everyone, and that was especially proven now. As she approached him, the black male glanced at her a bit warily, wondering what she was walking over for. Hadn't she just said how much he was bothering her? Oh well, he supposed that it didn't matter that much. Perhaps they could be civil with each other yet. She moved gracefully, and Orion appreciated it with a slight tilt of his head. He couldn't say that she wasn't pretty, beautiful even, but damn if she wasn't strange.

She spoke again, her voice a bit more courteous now, which was welcome to Orion. At the very least, they could have some sort of conversation now. While he didn't really like being called ugly, at least she wasn't yelling any more. ”Uh.. I'm not? I did not know there was a wrong way of doing it...” Orion said, blinking in confusion. It wasn't like he cleaned himself thoroughly all the time but he liked to think it was often enough to not be disgusting. He glanced again down at his chest fur wondering what exactly he was doing wrong here. It wasn't like he was dirty or anything, in fact he had just taken a swim. But, her coat was absolutely pristine. It seemed to shimmer, almost, if fur could do such a thing. She was really quite nice-looking, he had to admit, though as he knew one should never judge a book by it's cover. Maybe she would prove to be a bit less... thorny.

”On my face?” he was confused for a moment, before noticing where her eyes were settled. “Oh, those are scars.” Hadn't she seen scars before? Orion found it hard to believe that even someone as pretty as her had never been exposed to a wolf with scars. Like that female he had met in the swamp. She had had scars all over her. “I guess so. I mean, there is not a way to get them off, or at least no way that I know of.” He watched as she sat down, as gracefully as she had sauntered over. His yellow eyes looked at her curiously, still wondering exactly what her purpose was here.
