coat type;; medium length fur with a dense and plushy undercoat, coarse top coat and smooth guard hairs give him a very textured pelt that helps protect, cool, and keep him warm.
coat color;; His undercoat is a pure white, which sheds heavily in the late winter/early fall time and continues through out spring. The topcoat is white along his muzzle, throat, chest, legs, stomach, and the underside of his tail; along the top of his head, neck, hackles, back, sides and the top of his tail is a deep cinnamon russet color. The tips of his hairs are a darker shade of this, making them appear almost black.
body type;; His is a body made for flight, he lacks the muscle that most males would have - though it doesn't subtract from his overall masculinity. His is a streamlined look, the muscles of his frame made for running and sharp, on-the-dime turns that most would never achieve. He is leggy and deep barreled, though his fur hides most of this. Ashlar can fight, though he prefers not to.

His hackles are a bit longer than the rest of his coat, and the fur around his neck and soft spots is a bit thicker than the rest of his coat.

coat type;; His undercoat is also soft, and thicker around his neck and soft spots. His topcoat is coarse and thick, more like wiry dog hair. Though it is redeemed from being uncomfortable by the natural smooth softness of it.
coat color;; He is colored mostly like Ashlar, though where Ashlar carries russet, Shalar carries tan. His tips are a chocolate brown so deep they appear black.
body type;; He is made for both speed and power, the all-rounder of the group. Shalar is made for endurance and strength, as well as speed and agility. His muscles are supple and smooth, though bulky enough to show his strength.
