News - SUMMER
Summer has arrived. The world has been well at peace, and others seem to be trying to take advantage. They believe we are lazy and complacent. We are no such thing. Remain vigilante, friends and family.
Give your congratulations to Maiko. She has been promoted to Blizzard; she earned it.
We also have an activity check going. Please reply so I can make adjustments accordingly. Check will go for an entire month so we can hopefully capture everyone.
As always, if you have need of me, do not hesitate to find me.

My Soul Has Awakened IP: 24.27.101.126 Posted on February 26, 2014 at 02:46:14 AM by Phaedra
The girl is staring upon the angel that was her very own deity, a god that had come from wherever Angels originate to bless her whole family. Her altered mind had come to this conclusion, come to realize and understand in a perfect clarity the meaning of it all as her Angel marked eyes drilled into her very soul. To some, Riven might look terrifying, a wild girl not meant for the civilized packs. Phaedra might have been more wary as her normal self, but her brain was heavily impacted with an intoxication unlike any other. Her mind was a positive one, her youth and lack of fear due to to inexperience allowing her to have an experience that is enlightening and lighting. Perhaps if she knew about wolves who wished to consume her, would she feel more of Riven's dark presence. Innocence is bliss, as they say.
Big paws were confirmed, the weight of this meaning more than what it should be. Her dark head flops to one side, drunkenly flopping to the other as she continued her backwards stare. Dark spheres of black were large in her eyes of violet electrified with gold, and they only grew wider with her next words. Riven...Riven is magic. It was all too clear now. This was Riven, the angel Riven, the True Angel Who Walks The Earth...and she was magic. Phaedra gasped, her mouth opening wide as she drew in breath long and soft. Her head begins to fall back, losing control as her whole body flops to one side completely.
The world suddenly changed, melted and melded into color upon color. Color within color. Color in all color. For a moment, the sunset wolf remain seemingly paralyzed as she got stuck in time, face in the grass absorbing the magic of Riven as it worked into her soul. Only the lifting and falling of her chest showed she was alive in this moment, and the occasional twitch of her black paws. She was driven to move though, driven to raise her head to see more, and see she did.
It was another Angel who graced her on this day. The light falls so gently upon him. The light...the light is everything, truly, everything and is the source of all color. Yes, Phaedra knew this as she saw the pup of mostly angel mark. She had heard of him, yes, it is her cousin Mithos. She knew all of her cousin's names because she asked about them. She was indeed Princess of Diveen, and it was only right to know her blood, for mother had taught her blood was important. Mithos was the Angel mark puppy, her cousin in blood and he is blood in color. He is blood and he is light. He is all the color and all the flesh of light. This she knew, and she knew he was also chosen to be seen by the Riven. He was chosen because he was an Angel most special, and her mind could only tick in wonderment as she considered her own significance in this moment. How she was chosen, special in her own way, though it was less defined as it was for Mithos. Less defined, until now.
She is stepped over then, feeling the a slight coolness upon her skin from even the slightest shadow upon her. Perhaps she is overly sensitive right now, or perhaps that is simply the magic of Riven, the magic of the light and the subtle warmth it brings. Her tongue rolls out of her mouth, slathering her tongue in droll as she watches the Riven bless her cousin in blood, their two forms seeming to blend together and fade into the light.
That, or her head had twisted and turned upward, her black fur melding with the grass as she viewed them from upside down. Her golden belly was up, her world a new place as whole new concepts began to flood her brain. How is the world sticking so closely together? How is it no matter where she views it from, she is stuck to the ground? Leaves, they fall to the ground too, and even water falls from the cliffs. There was something, something keeping the world all together and she was slowly discovering what...but such train of thought was interrupted by the ring of words, Angel words that once more cause a gasp of pleasure.
"Yes," she whispered, her voice airy and light, wishing to go play the game in the field with the Angel, yet...yet completely unable to. She was upside down, and when her black paws reached up the tree-covered sky, she found they did not walk upon it. She swore she could walk on the tree in the air, that it must be the ground for she is looking down...yet, truly she is looking up, her black paws flailing in the air. Was she flying? Floating? Is Riven taking her now to the game? Her breath is few and far between, in terms of natural wolf breathing, each breath taking in large amounts of air as she completely imagined her flying expedition to no where. She thought she was moving, flying to the game that Riven wanted her to play, but it was not to be, not in reality.
It was here she was to remain, here in the air in which she floated in, gazing in a lost world above.
"I am coming, Miiithos and Riven," she said, her words floating away just as she perceived. No, the girl was going no where, as her mind delved deeper and deeper into a world unknown.
