This was not exactly herd life. Satitba had found that this "Peak Life" was little more than a bunch of individuals sharing the same side of the mountain. Still, there was little to do way up here. The perlino blanket was bored.
This is a dangerous thing.
Satitba is up with the sun, anxious energy pulsing through her limbs. Her feathered legs paw at the ground as she simply stands. She is neither ready to move about, nor is she able to sleep. Her blue eyes trace the jagged lines of the Peak and follow it down towards the Falls and the Meadows below.
That is why she is able to spot the buckskin from a distance. Satitba's ears perk up. The poor mare has been hopelessly deprived of social interaction and is about to explode from anxiety. She pranced about, waking up her limbs from sleep and surges forward. She is all too excited to see another. She approached the smaller mare, ears forward and blue eyes bright.
"'Ello dare!" She called, her voice high and excited. Her smile was large and genuine. "Lo'leh morn'n eh?" The words tumble out of her mouth and maybe Satitba's accent is a little heavier than normal. Her expression though, her eagerness for contact, is clear.
