Something to remember when you commit.

I had 3 large t-shirts left that I fronted the money for and someone didn't pick up or pay for. Its partially my fault as I wrecked the sheet with everyone's name and size that ordered. If you ever did something like this and trusted people to hold up their end you would understand. In the future it goes the same with counting heads for a catered meal. The organizer needs an exact head count 7 days prior. Emergencies and the like do come up but that's not the organizers fault. You would still be liable to pay for ordering that meal. I now have 1 large shirt left first come first serve.
