Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

andromeda;

Azrael had requested some time alone with the children, and quite honestly she wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing. Sure, he was generally a good father, but certainly he was up to no good right now. She had agreed though, knowing full well she needed the time to herself, and time to go arrange a meeting of pups. Isola had tasked her with such a delicate arrangement, delicate for pups were young, fragile things. Little creatures of value and of the future. She did not want to disappoint Isola, and she didn't want to disappoint Azrael or her children.

She was a female still impressive even with her growing maturity. She held a form most sturdy, with limbs of pure shadow and stars speckling the top of her head. She moved with grace and strength, her own style of elegance as she stepped to the border of Diveen and Glorall. Her fur with thick around her shoulders, a color of dark grey, almost black. It was a nice spring day though. The sun filtered through the thin treeline, the female of night illuminated by streaks of light that made her seem to glow. It is the morning, not too early nor too late. Flowers that wilted up at night had already sprung open, colors of red and yellow speckling the light green grass.

Truthfully, Glorall was a painful place for the female. Glorall was where the packland broke off...where Starshade's body rested. Where the body of Silvetongue remains after his death with the bear. Truly, it is a place of heartbreak, and such a thing could be seen in her bright yellow eyes as she tentatively gazed upon it with laser yellow eyes. With a stubborn sigh she collected herself, pushing out thoughts of the past and filling it only on the now.

She stepped beyond the treeline, standing among the flowers she lifted her head, her voice calling out to the alpha of the land - Tesseract. He was the only one she wished to speak to on this day, but of course Andromeda was a friendly creature. She would be happy to greet anyone. Slowly she lowers her head after her song of low tones fades. She sits upon her dark haunches, waiting with patience as she inhales the scent of a nearby red flower. It is sweet, a scent most appealing and it brings a gentle smile on her black maw as she waits.
